Successful in a three-way national pitch, Innesco will commence its work to maintain and augment the centre’s profile within the trade and business pages with immediate effect. Sean Curtis, Head of Business to Business Marketing; Retail, at Land Securities commented “Innesco has developed an exceptional reputation in the market for combining dependable market intelligence, expertise and industry knowledge into its media relations programmes – a crucial point of difference when making our media relations and marketing appointments. The MAPIC 2013 work they delivered impressed us very much, showing their depth of knowledge and appreciation of our business and objectives – they were a natural choice for Trinity Leeds and a great fit for our business.” Innesco was most recently appointed to support Land Securities at the major European MAPIC retail property conference last November for the Buchanan Galleries Glasgow and Westgate Oxford development projects – achieving a significant 21-times ROI, six times the industry benchmark. Innesco is a marketing-communications agency founded by Dan Innes in 2009; celebrating its 5th birthday this July. Innesco develops brands, marketing strategies, marketing collateral, digital capabilities, events, public affairs and public relations work for major real estate projects in the UK and abroad, including Unibail Rodamco’s Mall of Scandinavia, Kennedy Wilson’s UK portfolio, Gulf Related’s Galleria project in Abu Dhabi, TH Real Estate’s Whitefriars Canterbury, and was instrumental in the development and launch of Westfield Stratford City where Innesco went on to provide corporate communications from 2009 to 2013. Euan Blake, Account Director at Innesco added “Trinity Leeds enjoyed a strong launch phase, and our team will ensure that the scheme continues to communicate its cutting edge approach at the award winning city centre project, backed by the Land Securities’ retail team. The Innesco team is delighted to be appointed.”
