Fifteen Years of Excellence in Real Estate Communications.

For fifteen remarkable years, Innesco has stood at the forefront of real estate communications, crafting narratives and building reputations that shape the built environment sector. This journey has been made possible by the exceptional individuals who have contributed their talent, dedication and creativity to our vision along the way.

Our story began in 2009 from a humble first-floor office off Regent Street, amidst challenging economic conditions, when our founding team recognised the need for specialist communications in the real estate sector. From our first major milestone with Westfield Stratford City to the transformative Trinity Leeds development, these early projects established our reputation for handling complex, high-stakes developments with a 'can-do' attitude - and set the foundation for our future growth.

The period between 2010 and 2017 marked a transformative chapter in Innesco's history, adding clients such as Fortwell Capital (now Cain International), Bouygues, Henderson Global Investors (now Nuveen, a TIAA company) across numerous UK and European projects, Pradera, BOXPARK, Queensberry , Clivedale London and Kennedy Wilson. Our appointment by IKEA Centres (now Ingka Centres) in 2010 saw us managing communications for their MEGA portfolio expansion and demonstrated our ability to navigate different cultural contexts whilst maintaining consistent messaging, as well as our first project in Scandinavia - Mood Stockholm for AMF Fastigheter. Our work with Unibail-Rodamco (now Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield) on Westfield Mall of Scandinavia in Stockholm, and further projects and campaigns for their other business units, showcased our capacity to think differently about retail communication, incorporating Nordic design principles and sustainability narratives into our strategy.

This success led to several significant appointments across the Nordics - in Oslo with Promenaden, and Copenhagen with Hines - and mainland Europe, supported by our growing network of affiliate offices in Abu Dhabi, Paris, Madrid, Dusseldorf, and Stockholm.

Building a Culture of Excellence

Throughout our growth, we've maintained a focus on nurturing talent, diversity and fostering a collaborative, international culture. Our senior team has shown remarkable loyalty - their experience and insight have proved invaluable in mentoring newer team members, encouraging creative thinking in a traditional market, and maintaining our high standards as we've scaled and grown.

Milestone Projects That Defined Our Journey

Recent years have seen us partner with some of the most ambitious developments in commercial real estate. From Cap 8 in Paris for Invesco EMEA , the VIA Outlets portfolio and 8 Bishopsgate in London to American Dream in New Jersey for Triple Five Group , Golden Square in Sao Paulo and Diriyah Company l شركة الدرعية in Riyadh, each project has showcased our ability to deliver sophisticated communications strategies that resonate across different markets, stakeholder groups and cultures. We have also extended our base-camp media relations services to major industry events including MAPIC, Cityscape Global, Retail & Leisure International Connect, Revo - Retail. Property. Community. and the ICSC - demonstrating our relationships across the industry.

Looking Ahead: The Next Chapter

As we celebrate fifteen years of success, our trajectory continues upward. Our move to Television Centre in 2022 marked the beginning of a new era, providing an inspiring workspace that embodies our connection to the media and creative industries. The recent acquisition of Grenadier Communications strengthened our position in the market and expanded our capabilities whilst maintaining our core focus on real estate.

The built environment continues to evolve, shaped by forces of technology, sustainability, and changing human needs. Our future strategy focuses on deeper integration of digital capabilities, expansion of our international network, and continued investment in our people. We remain committed to our founding principles of strategic thinking, measured growth, and unwavering dedication to client success.

A Legacy of Partnership

As we reflect on fifteen years of achievement, we must acknowledge the extraordinary clients who have trusted us with their visions. From global real estate leaders to innovative developers and investors, each partnership has contributed to our growth and success. We're particularly grateful to early clients like Westfield, AMF FAstigheter, Landsec, Eurofund Group and Ingka Centres, who believed in our capabilities and helped establish our reputation for excellence.

Our journey has been made possible by the dedication of our team members past and present, the trust of our clients, and the support of our industry partners. As we look to the future, we remain committed to delivering the exceptional service and strategic insight that has earned us the trust of clients across the globe.

To our clients, our team, and our partners: a huge and warm thank you for being part of our story. The first 15 years have been great - the next chapter of Innesco's journey promises to be even more exciting as we continue to shape the future of real estate communications together.
