Innesco was appointed by Ardent UK, a subsidiary of American based firm The Ardent Companies LLC, to both drive the value of Ardent UK’s assets under management and communicate the team’s exceptional credentials by achieving coverage in national press as the business starts to grow its investment portfolio.

Innesco was the driving force behind Ardent UK’s PR pushes in 2021, promoting the firm’s takeover of 1.4 million square feet of industrial space from M7 Real Estate before announcing the acquisition of Touchwood shopping centre in Solihull from Lendlease Retail Partnership. Innesco will continue to carefully articulate Ardent’s progress as the firm seeks to buy and reposition other assets across the country, including retail, logistics and offices.
