The challenge

Innesco has worked with Hilco Real Estate Finance (HREF) since 2025, supporting the business at a formative stage in its growth as it established itself as an institutionally backed private real estate lender in the UK and Ireland. Our appointment followed a strategic brief to help define HREF's corporate narrative, sharpen market positioning and build awareness of its flexible lending proposition.
