The challenge

Eco-Bos, a sustainable community developer, needed PR support to launch its flagship project West Carclaze Garden Village (WCGV) in St Austell, Cornwall. On completion, WCGV will deliver 1,500 energy-efficient homes at affordable price points - a direct response to the country's housing shortage and the UK government's Build Back Better mission - with a commitment to revive the garden village community model and reach carbon net zero by 2050.
